Application Process Begins For Admission, JNU Increases Research Seats

NEW DELHI: Online application submission process begun in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for MPhil, Ph.D. admission for the year 2018-19.

With a total of 720 seats available for admission in the courses, Last date for registration on 13 October 2017. Entrance examination will be held in December 2017. Likewise, 459 seats are open for admission in BA programmes and 1,118 seats in MA, M.Sc, M.Tech and MPH courses.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) 2018-19 will be held on 27, 28, 29 and 30 December 2017.

JNU Admission 2018: 381 MPhil seats, 339 Intake for PhD Courses

School of Social Sciences: 232 seats

School of International Studies: 126 seats

School of Language, Literature & Culture Studies: 92 seats

School of Environmental Sciences: 41 seats

School of Life Sciences: 37 seats

School of Physical Sciences: 31 seats

Centre for Sanskrit studies: 27 seats

School of Computer & Systems Sciences: 26 seats

School of Biotechnology: 22 seats

School of Arts and Aesthetics: 22 seats

Centre for Molecular Medicine: 19 seats

School of Computational and Integrative Sciences: 18 seats

Centre for the Study of Law & Governance: 14 seats
