SNMA established in Year 2006, is located in the sandal town, Tirupattur in a sprawling multi institute 50 acre campus with a built-up area of 15 Lakh SFT buildings.  Our rigorous courses, training and experiential programs equip students with the practical skills, knowledge, and training to launch successful careers in global maritime industry, upon completion of a bachelor’s, master’s degree or an associate training programme.

Institution has been approved by Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India as a ‘Maritime Training Institute’.  Ship-in-Campus facility, being one among largest and independent facility in India, had been Approved by DG, Shipping during year 2009. While B.Sc., Nautical Science and MBA., Logistics and Shipping Courses are offered in collaboration with Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, B.E., Marine Engineering Course is offered with Anna University, Chennai.  Marine Engineering course is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under banner of its sister institution Sri Nandhanam College of Engineering and Technology located within the same multi institute campus.
